YOGA CLASSES

You will learn the ways to accept the nature of the body as it is without forcing. You can expect to grow with an understanding of your own misalignment, and how to correct them. This practical understanding can help you support your health and wellness on a regular basis and day to day situations. 

INDIVIDUAL CLASSES

Try a private yoga class to perfect the basics or expand your practice. Your private yoga lessons will be customized to meet your individual goals, fitness level and body type. You will receive one-on-one attention in a private space. Private Yoga is typically offered in 60 or 90 minute sessions.

YOGA WORKSHOPS

We offer more types of workshops. Mostly yoga & meditation events together. Some of them can be in yoga studio or we often go to mountains or somewhere to the nature and stay together in some cottage or wellnes hotel. These workshops allow for open dialog between the students and teacher, where group discussion can be enhanced and individual questions can be answered.

TEACHERS TRAININGS


The course that changes your existing yoga perceptions will advance your personal and lecturing yoga practice, it will bring you a lot of new experiences and it will maybe even change your life.

This course is suitable for those who would like to become yoga or meditation teachers, but also for those who already teach yoga and want to deepen their knowledge, gain new experience and discover something deeper within themselves.

Yoga enthusiasts who do not have the ambition to learn but want to know more can also participate. At the course you will have time to learn everything about yoga from a different perspective, to feel and go through the individual components of yoga and to try everything in practice.
Modern, scientifically proven Western world knowledge (physiological adjustment and straightening of individual body segments, therapeutic use of positions) are combined with the traditional Eastern understanding of Prana (life energy). Thanks to this combination of postural straightening and breathing, Prana can flow freely and allows us to stay here and now.

Kabir is well known Meditation Facilitator and teaching Osho meditation, Tibetan and Vipassana meditation techniques to people from all over the world. He is also Yoga teacher and experienced, skillfull bodywork therapist from India and teach mainly in Holland, Germany, United Kingdom and Italy.

MICHAELA MÁTÉ

Yoga teacher, psychologist, organizer
Misa has been practicing yoga for several years, enjoying her getting to know something new, experimenting, thinking, loving movement. She is co-owner of YoFyz yoga center, where she leads yoga lessons and organizes interesting events. It combines yoga with psychology, focuses on self-development, mindfulness, relaxation techniques and everything that contributes to mental well-being.
